Graham is a local Jan Juc resident having lived on the Surf Coast for 12 years. He is the owner and executive chef of Tulip Restaurant in Geelong. Born in Zimbabwe, he grew up in South Africa and the UK, before moving to Australia.
His style is produce driven, seasonal and focuses on using local suppliers and produce that is ethically sourced and genuine free range.
