Atlas Dining landed on the Melbourne hospitality scene in September 2016, disrupting the beliefs of what casual high end dining could be. We set out on a mission to change our cuisine every four months which was essentially taking the road untravelled. Throughout each cuisine we continue to learn and develop a cultural connection, part of the Atlas experience is bringing our guests along on this journey of growth.
