The Paddock restaurant, located in the grounds of Beechmont Estate and surrounded by the pristine world heritage-listed Lamington National Park, delivers contrasting, contemporary food with a sense of place. Executive Chefs Chris and Alex Norman and their team create dishes with a focus on hyper-local and sustainable produce using this produce root-to-stem and nose-to-tail. The hatted restaurant showcases the region’s finest ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce from the Scenic Rim, Beechmont Estate’s own kitchen garden and the surrounding region of South East Queensland.
