Dinners with Chef Tales generates great conversation, we celebrate our farmers, fishers, pastures, dairy’s and speak of them by name.

Chef Tales is the manifestation of a sheer obsession with food, a love affair where we aim to nourish the mind , body and soul. We believe our diners should have clarity knowing all produce has been correctly sourced and that they may continue to use these avenues for their family homes moving forward, we have come so far in this industry, there are people doing all the heavy lifting already, now its just showing the people the way, as chefs, we can fullfill this role.
