Our concept is simple, it’s about redefining Indian cuisine. We serve an ingredient focused menu that evolves with seasons.
We explore inventive ways of creating new dishes that blend old India with local and Australian indigenous ingredients. Respecting timeless traditions, highlighting produce at its peak and sharing new combinations together.
