Sustainability has always been at the centre of 4 Pines’ operational ethos, in both the brewing of our beer and the running of our Hospitality venues.

We have always strived for the food at 4 Pines to be as sustainable as possible and to seamlessly marry this with accessibility, generosity and inclusivity that will delight and inspire in equal measure.

We don’t shout about our sustainability credentials, but rather see them as the bedrock of great business and great cooking. To not understand where the food we cook comes from and to not ensure that we are sourcing it from the most sustainable sources – guaranteeing that we can continue to cook long into the future – is to undermine a central tenet of good hospitality.
